“Now unto Him that is able to keep me from falling, and to present me faultless before the presence of His glory with great joy, To the only wise God my Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever.”  Jude 1:24-25)

Many believe earthly rewards derive from giving of themselves to something. They invest personal power in earthly pursuits and pleasures, and even those considered religious create their own brand of relationship with God to include personal indulgences. It also explains why, for them, the power has gone out!

Here’s the truth. True spiritual power is the most critical part of achieving any level of personal power. Yet many of God’s people do not have power in prayer or supernatural power to address life’s challenges; for them, true spiritual power has vanished like light disconnected from its power source. As a result, personal power is small—very small.

In contrast, those who yield their personal strength to the Lord receive in the exchange more than the original investment. Because they honor and worship Him in everything, they receive from Him according to the same measure—all!

Amen.
