Sent With Wisdom

“These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” (1 Corinthians 2:13)

Wisdom is not something we generate on our own. True wisdom comes from the Lord, a gift given to benefit all of mankind, a storehouse ready for those in need of wisdom.

We are containers of that gift and the Holy Spirit orders the words we speak, so His storehouse of wisdom is opened to those we are sent to. Comparing the wisdom of this age to God’s wisdom is impossible. There is no comparison. One is natural, the other supernatural.

You and I are containers of the Lord in many ways as we “carry” Him into the details of our day. When we show up, He shows up. When we speak, He speaks. Our speaking is wisdom, graced to stand the test and carry the day… in His Name.

His words spoken through us are spirit and life to those who find them. Revealing answers and uncovering truth. Wisdom.
