We’ve learned the importance of making disciples. Jesus taught this vital link and basic building block of power in the whole congregation. The believer’s assignment is to make disciples and, because believers are prophetic, discipleship builds mature congregations of individuals trained to do according to their gifts and call.

Each person is uniquely gifted by God to create, both for personal benefit and also to build the Kingdom of God here on earth as it is in heaven! The resulting possibility is unique: Philosophies, religions and belief systems abound but none compare to the Christian’s individual worth, Christ in you the hope of glory.

Christians believe this way—that each person is unique and precious. The mission the Lord gives us is to mentor and train those who come to Him. To disciple them. To guard and encourage them. That by speaking the truth in love they may grow up in all things unto Him who is the head—Christ.
