This Year
This year lives will change for the better… from glory to glory… by the Spirit of the Lord. Changes today can uproot long embedded habits, uncover flawed behavior, bring to expression the thing we thought we’d never do, and generally disturb the peace in an otherwise normal routine. Hallelujah! Thank God!
Change helps to rock the boat, just enough to uncover mistakes and reveal ignoble attitudes that have taken root. Without change, we do not grow, and without growth, we cannot mature. Check yourself—an element of truth is missing at the site of every point of weakness, lack, or negative preference.
Truth results in honesty, and honesty is achieved when we see the person in the mirror and respond according to the Spirit of Truth…this year!
