Confidence is transferrable. Your confidence in success affects others. Even those normally weak in confidence become strong when they participate with you.

The reverse is also true. Hesitation combined with double-speak spoils the atmosphere and counters confidence, making faith’s operation iffy, at best. Indecision and lacking confidence are not leadership qualities.

Leadership today must advance on shoulders strengthened by high confidence in God’s Word, supported by a condition of heart that believes.

Mark 11:24 inspires confidence for the impossible. The petition you have before God today may seem impossible but ignore impossibility. Instead, step out. Release your most developed faith and speak to the mountain in front of you. It will obey you.

Confidence. You have it. You know you do. The mountain knows it too. (Smile.)

Amen.
