Arise, Shine!

“Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me”  (Psalm 23:4, AMP)

Arise and shine! Take your stand on the side of life. Stand against the enemy of life and anything on death’s side. All who are on the Lord’s side, take your positions and stand! Discern what is taking place around you. Discern what is right—what is righteous—and stand with it. When you do, the Spirit within shines light all around. He makes light shine on any darkness—darkness of any kind—in the same way, He made light to shine in Goshen. Goshen was the region of ancient Egypt where the Hebrews lived. When Pharaoh refused to hearken to the Word of the Lord, all of Egypt went dark except for the Jewish region of Goshen. When every other place was dark, there was light in Goshen! (Love it!)

We are like that. As messengers of life we carry light to nullify darkness. Our stand for life turns the tide! This is no time to sit. Arise, shine!
